Hospital development is a complex endeavor that requires forming partnerships with the right firms and institutions all sharing aligned values to deliver on the mission of the project. EADG has begun to form relationships with the right partners as part of its management plan. As a center of excellence hospital, EADG will focus on superior clinical care in an academic and research setting. To accomplish this mission, EADG will form partnerships with an academic/research hospital system, a management team comprised of experienced senior healthcare professionals, medical device/equipment providers and the appropriate investors who are committed to the mission of our hospital and Medical City Center.
